DAILY PRACTICE

Breathwork Daily Practice is a great opportunity to engage with breathing techniques you already learned in our curses.  If you already took once of our programs, you can be part of our daily practice group. The online guided group class will provide you with the necessary encouragement to develop a consistent practice. We will meet on weekdays, Monday through Friday, in two sessions, morning and evening. The morning session will be focused on energy and balance. The afternoon session will be focused on relaxation and meditation. You may choose once or twice a day. Learn more.
