Power Breathing will give you the extra boost of energy that you need. You will learn about the connection between breathwork and energy in your mind and body and be conscious of how breathing patterns affect our nervous system. We will help you focus your mind, manage your mood, and improve your metabolism through breathing techniques. Our goal will be to make you feel happy and energize the body and mind at this level whenever you desire. These breathing techniques are helpful at many moments during your day.
