MONKEY MIND BREATHING
At this level, you will begin with a deeper practice of breathwork and meditation. You will already know all the basics of breathing works and will be able to practice breathing techniques for a longer time. You will feel the connection between yourself and the universe. These breathing techniques will help you become aware of the three types of minds we all possess: positive, neutral, and negative. In the Monkey Mind Breathing program, you will learn how to control and empower the mind through breathing techniques and meditation. Enjoy the silence within yourself and understand what full awareness means.
We will meet once a week (four sessions), online (40-minute sessions). When you book your curse, you can schedule your first appointment.
