Paz Banados is a certified Kundalini Yoga and Breathe Coach Instructor. She has been practicing yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques for the past 20 years. For many years she has practiced Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa and Kundalini. In 2008 she studied Vinyasa Yoga at Yogashala in Chile with Gustavo Ponce. In 2011, Banados studied in Bangalore, India "The Art of Living" Ashram. At this time Banados started practicing Kundalini Yoga, a crucial moment in her life creating a discipline that incorporated the three essential Yogic columns: asanas (body position), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation. In 2015 she became a Kundalini Yoga teacher certified by Kundalini Institute Research. She has been teaching since this time. In 2020, Banados spent a year-long personal breathing retreat on the island of Puerto Rico, developing her breathing skills to empower her life.
