The One Month Program is a private breathwork course. It willhelp you to create a strong foundation, teaching simple breathing techniques to advanced techniques. The lessons can be customized to support your personal goals and needs. We will meet once a week, online or in-person (in total four sessions, 40-minutes duration each). In every session, you will learn new breathing techniques and the benefits to your mind and body. A daily 20-minute routine will also be given privately. During the month of your program, you will have access to our guided home-audio practice.
We have five different programs: ESSENTIAL BREATHING, BALANCE BREATHING, POWER BREATHING, MONKEY MIND BREATHING, and KIDS BREATHING.
