The Kids Breathing program was created for children 7 to 12 years old, in order to help them sleep better, be ready to learn, and manage their mood when they feel overwhelmed, angry, frustrated, or sad. With simple breathing techniques, children can release tension and develop focus in their daily lives. These techniques are accompanied by playful games to create a fun atmosphere. Happiness is our goal!
