The Essential Breathing program is the begging of this amazing adventure to recognize breathing as a tool to control our thoughts and emotions, a tool to connects with the universe. You will achieve awareness about your breathing. We will reestablish correct breathing patterns that are natural and effortless. Learning the benefits of these techniques and how to manage anxiety and stress, with straightforward steps will improve your digestion, give better sleep, and energize your body and mind. You will have a routine to practice at home every day.
